A community in the making

Churchman Brook Estate is steadily evolving into a close, friendly community. The sound of bricks being laid and foundations being poured can be heard intermingling with the friendly laughter of the many kookaburras. But the intrusion of foreign noises is quite minimal. Once the Churchman Brook community is complete, the estate will return to its natural state of tranquility.

Homes aren’t the only thing on the building agenda. Churchman Brook will have facilities, like the Community Centre, which compromises of a Community Hall; tenders are out for the construction of this building. Tennis Courts Village Green due to be laid within the next couple of weeks. Deli-Shop-Tearooms are to be constructed in the near future and our Waterwheel Road North is soon to go through to Waterwheel Road creating a Through Road to Churchman Brook Estate.
