Developing the Natural Way

Churchman Brook is blessed with natural beauty. The bush land is expansive and is home to a diverse array of wildlife. Its location, next to the State National Forest, means kangaroos, echidnas, bandicoots, bobtail lizards and honey possums can all be found within the estate. You’ll also find plenty of birds and an abundance of wildflowers to round off a truly Australian setting.

To ensure the estate always remains this way, the developers are taking their environmental responsibilities very seriously indeed.

This is illustrated in the way they are handling the major earthworks. For instance, the roads have been designed to minimise the impact on the surrounding bushland. Large significant trees have been retained with roads routed around them. Any trees that have to be removed are chipped and used for garden mulch on the extensive landscaped areas. And excavated rocks are crushed and used for aggregate in the road construction.

It’s measures like these that ensure Churchman Brook will never become an overdeveloped urban suburb. It will always remain in harmony with nature.
